Great location, very clean and welcoming reception staff. Pool food service took 1 hr and was messed up but forgivable given the location and other services were exceptional.

Breakfast great. Good range of choices. Pool perfect for lap swimmers. Excellent location- close to ferries; and public transport; Southbank walking distance or short ferry ride; good shopping & eating places close by.

Very central, neat facilities and professional service. The pool , bar and gym facilities are great. The breakfast bar isn’t huge but the food is excellent and comprehensive for the limited space

Location. Just on Queen St Mall. Opposite Coles and all the restaurants and cafe all walking distance. All the staff are helpful and nice.
