This was the perfect place to spend somw time relaxing after a week on the the Fold Coast with family. We spend a day and night here enjoying the facilities, great dining, great pool and a restfully sleep in a comfy bed

Bed was very comfortable and pillows great. bathroom a bit small Breakfast was nice but expensive, paid extra for breakfast but still had to pay extra again for a barrister made coffee.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. One of my earrings fell into the sink. I thought it may be retrievable but the pipework would have to be pulled apart. I rang Reception and a gentleman (sorry didn’t get his name) came to the room, pulled the sink pipes apart and retrieved the earring. Wow thank you, as sentimental. Then went to bar and the lovely Carmel served us. Enjoyed the cocktail she made. Dinner was good. The room was clean. The bed was very soft and comfy. We both slept well.

Bed super comfy and slept well. Unable to try breakfast as cafe closed at 9-30am which is far too early to be closing especially when hotel is full. The snacks we had there were lovely as was the coffee. Room was very spacious.

Disappointed with the sms sent Sunday afternoon approx 2pm saying we would like you to stay another night for $150. After going down at approx 3.30pm they said the property was fully booked for sun night. Strange as the msg was sent an hour earlier. This is an unprofessional outfit, not the staff but management, the stay was excellent but would look elsewhere in the future.

Great location in a quiet part of the city. Stunning 180 views. Great dedicated onsite parking. Shower was divine and bed was super comfortable.
