The venue and apartment was good especially for the price. Check in process and car parking was troublesome as we arrived after hours, but that may be avoided by getting there during during reception hours.

We had 2 nights at the Direct Collective - Governor apartments. Our check in was very smooth and the staff member was really lovely and communicative. We had 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was very comfortable. There were a couple of minor things such as the light in the 2nd bedroom was very dim so I used the light in the hallway when I needed to, the air con in the living space was not very powerful, and the screen on the remote for the air con in the 2nd bedroom was not working so I couldn't tell what settings the air con was on easily. However event else was great and we were very comfortable. The location was very convenient and had secure parking. Our apartment had amazing views of the surrounding suburbs and RNA showgrounds. We will definitely use this accommodation for future visits to Brisbane.

Great location - short walk to Royal International Convention Centre. Comfy beds. Clean apartment. Loved the view from the balcony. Everything we needed for a great stay. Staff were helpful with looking after our bags after checkout.

The staff member who greeted me upon check-in was delightful - super friendly, clear instructions and communication. The car park was easy to find and navigate, with navigating around the entire apartment complex also a breeze thanks to clear signage and intuitive positioning of doors, elevators, swipe entries etc. The apartment itself has clearly been looked after well, and was comfortable and tidy.
