The fine print
If guests lose an access key during their stay they will be subject to a locksmith call out fee and replacement key cost. An Online Check in form will be sent within 3 hours of confirming the booking. It must be completed in order to receive check in instructions at least 24 hours or more prior to arrival. Location was great. And the flat had the potential to have been a great apartment. But like other reviews stuff has been broken for months, reported many times and NOT fixed. When we reported stuff all we got was, oh it must have not been reported.

The apartments location is excellent being right in front of the footbridge going across to the cultural centre on the other side of the Brisbane River. It’s a ten minute walk to Roma Street Station and there is also a supermarket close by. Situated on the 23rd floor it is an amazing view, during both a night and day, especially from the main bedroom. The beds were comfortable.

The apartment is well laid out and the river view from the lounge and main bedroom are superb! Having onsite parking included was great! The beds & pillows were comfortable, the towels soft and the apartment was clean. Close to everything including a walking bridge over to Southbank and a supermarket at the other end of the street.
