The apartment is very well equipped and pretty comfortable. Although it is located near a busy street that is quite hip and "alternative", the overall location is wonderful as it gives you easy access to the bank of the river with gorgeous views. A ferry station with convenient city ferry services as well as a railway station with direct airport trains is just minutes away.

The location was perfect, the parking reasonable, the apartment size 1 bedroom was good. It is an older accommodation but has been updated with restaurants and bars surrounding it. We needed access on a Sunday when office was closed access was easy enough and info regarding this was emailed to us. Good comfortable stay

Excellent location. Good price. Spacious apartment. Great tv’s, one in lounge Plus one in bedroom. Well equiped. Room service once a week was just right. Close to restaurants, City, New Farm and all public transport. Fantastic bed!

I had a corner one bedroom apartment on level 2. I asked for a balcony before I arrived and that was organised. The room I had was immaculately presented with all the adapters for charging my devices and a work station with an extra monitor. The room a small kitchen with a full sized fridge. The room was very clean and even had extra cleaning supplies. I arrived after hours and the check in info was v detailed with photos. There was no aircon in the main guest room but that didn't bother me as I live in Darwin so v use to a more extreme climate. When I checked out reception held onto my luggage, which meant I could do things without dragging my things all over Brisbane. I saw all the negative comments about cleaning and rooms but my visit was perfect and I wish that I had chosen to stay here for the full duration. I booked the FV Serain Apartments for the next 3 days, this is a much more luxurious hotel and will write about that later. Thanks
