Cassa One is beautifully located a block from the Queen Street Mall. Despite roadworks, the unit was quiet and very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for what we needed. It was a family weekend, so the apartment was right in the city and we could walk to all our destinations. (Queen Street Mall, strike bowling…) Self check in, which sometimes puts people off but it was super easy. The videos and photos made it perfectly clear where to go and what to do. The apartment was clean and had everything that you need. Spacious and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and the gym was great as well. Communication between us and the Cassa Team was great and I knew if I needed anything I could reach out. Also we could not hear any noise from the Metro roadworks so do not get put off by that!

Good communication. Fantastic location. Construction noise very minimal. Awesome view. Very clean and everything you needed. Only downside is expensive parking that isn't guaranteed even though you pay in advance. In saying that we had no trouble getting a park, but in busy events etc I think it would be an issue.

The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the river, bridges, parklands, etc. Cassa One was close to shops, restaurants and other facilities.

Great view onto the river. Nice location close to the city cat and bus stops. A small but well laid out apartment. We were allowed to move in a bit earlier, which was nice. Swimming pool was good.
