Apartment style hotels, serviced apartments or aparthotels as they are often referred to are more likely to have washing machines as the layout is more like a home than a hotel room.

Larger resort style hotels often have a dedicated area of the resort or hotel which have coin-operated washing machines available. Put the clothes washing machine on and jump in the pool and come back to hang out your clean clothes.
