Please note that the reception hours are as follows:
14:00 until 19:00 Monday to SundayIf you expect to arrive after reception opening hours, please let the property know in advance as the following policies and procedures will apply:
- The property requires full payment, prior to arrival (which includes a $50 key deposit)
- Once full payment has been received, the property will provide guests with a safe code and in the safe the property leaves a map to their location in the park and the cabin and gate key
- If guests do not let the property know that they will be arriving outside reception opening hours, and payment is not given, prior to arrival, the guests will be treated as a no show and no refund will be givenPlease note that Brisbane Holiday Village does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.Please note that an AUD $50 refundable bond is required when hiring cots or high chairs.You must provide a valid photo ID upon check in, which needs to match the guest name on your booking. The property will retain a copy of this ID. A refundable key deposit is also due on arrival. If you pay the key deposit with a credit card, the name on the credit card must also match the guest name on the booking.Please note that under Workplace Health and Safety obligations, the property has to comply with the Australian Standard regarding bunk beds and other elevated beds. Therefore, children 9 years or younger cannot be accommodated on top bunk beds in the cabins at Brisbane Holiday Village.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent location and facilities. Loved the fact that we could easily access the path adjacent to the creek to go for walks/ jogs and that it was so close to the shopping center

The service was great. The cabin was neat and tidy and location of the holiday park very handy. The office staff was so friendly and in general the park was just really awesome.

This property had everything we could need pools, mini golf, beautiful accommodation, amazing staff & a shopping centre 5mins away it was perfect we will definitely stay again.

Clean and tidy. Very comfortable and close to everything. It has everything you need - accommodation, swimming pool, play ground, mini golf, tennis court. A really awesome place to stay

We stayed in the Cosmo appartment and I’m surprised at the storage. It was amazing. I could unpack everything and plenty of room to move. Kids loved the pool and mini golf. Can’t wait to come back .
