The location was excellent and the room was what we expected except that the air-conditioning was not working we reported but the maintenance team came in and still did not fix it.

This property is located only 10 minutes walking from South Bank and the museum. It’s got a nice pool and a small gym. The rooms were excellent and clean and there was a okay view. All the rooms are generously sized and the bathrooms are clean and topped up with plenty of soap and shampoo, etc. Staff were friendly and polite.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable bedding in our 2brd apartment. The apartment was sparkling and very clean. The air-conditioning worked so well. Staff at reception were very helpful..

Great location! Walking distance to Southbank with all it has to offer for families. Some great cafes within walking distance too. Late check in was easy and accommodated and apartment was nicely set up for us with tea, coffee and a little milk left for us, as well as A/C and lights on. Loved that there were two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms! This was a game changer for our family and an upgrade from the single hotel room we had been staying in together. Gym, sauna and pool were nice.
