We stayed in a great 1 bed apartment. Plenty of space, comfy with great views. The apartments are close to the great variety of food and shops in West End. Staff listened to and fulfilled our requests on the type of apartment which was not required but appreciated. Check in and out was very quick and easy. The apartment was air-conditioned and had a full kitchen with gas stove. We appreciated having lamps and extra power points on each side of the bed to charge our devices, something many places fail to include. Parking was great, very spacious and easy to get in and out of, we were conveniently given a parking spot right by the lifts. The pool area looked like it was laid out well, we didn't get to use it as much as we had hoped. The outside areas were quiet and clean with close access to the road for ride shares and food delivery.

I liked the apartment as it had everything from the kitchen to laundry to shower, fully equipped with all the necessities. The young lady that checked us in was very helpful. She went beyond expectations. Walking distance to South River banks. Great location.
