Exceptional customer service at this lovely family run hotel. Check in was super efficient and Mike was very helpful and professional. My seaview room with a balcony was amazing! It was spotless and had everything I needed, including coffee bags, which I love! 5 stars for putting period products in the bathroom. I’ve never seen this in a hotel before. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!
