Guest houses Overview

On the Brighton and Hove seafront, The Gather Inn is a fun place to eat, drink and stay. The property is located just 2 miles from Brighton city centre and overlooks Hove lagoon. The Gather Inn benefits from limited free on-street parking in surrounding roads.
There are 20 rooms, 16 of which are en-suite. All rooms have a plasma TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. We do not offer breakfast/brunch anymore, but there is two cafes just across the road from us.
The Gather Inn also has 2 bars. Our Seaview bar is a great place to relax and meet friends, we have a pool table, Plasma TVs and a range of board games. We also host a bi-weekly karaoke, which takes place every other Saturday evening from 7-11:30. On the lower level you will find the Patio Bar, which features a raised dining area with views across the lagoon, an outdoor patio area, plasma TVs and a children’s seating area with games.
At the Gather Inn you will find locally sourced, homemade food with many options on the menu. The bars offer a selection of wines, cocktails, real ales, craft beers, lagers and ciders. Guests benefit from various special offers and discounts.
Brighton Train Station is a 12-minute drive from The Gather Inn. Brighton Pier can be reached in 30 minutes by public transport.

The reception is open until 10pm for check ins. After this, it's possible to make arrangements for a self check in, however you must call us before 10pm for these arrangements to take place.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Very clean, beds comfy. Fan in room needed as hot up in the loft. Parking £6.50 per 24 hours or you can keep moving your car about to make it free on side streets. Cafe opposite and small shop.

We liked everything! Although, we'd like to mention the Italian-made letterbox (or key box) which was a funny-but-nice surprise as we checked out in the morning.
