Upon booking, The Claremont will charge your credit card with a non- refundable deposit equal to the appropriate room-rate for the first night of your reservation.
Additional Cancellation Policy Information:
For cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival, or no-shows, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card by The Claremont. Minimum stay reservations cannot be partially cancelled - shortening of stay will result in the full balance being charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was really spacious and comfortable - and a gorgeous bathroom. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Beautiful period building.

The location was perfect for us as we have family in Hove and it is always good to be close to the sea. We were late arriving and only stayed one night but the room was more homely than a travelodge and was comfortable with a fridge. We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were friendly.

Nice location and pretty settling which was set up for Christmas which made for a homely feel. Breakfast was included but only from 8:30 and I had to leave before then for work so couldn't comment on that.

No walk in shower in the bathroom ,which was challenging though another bathroom was offered.

Cracking location and parking works so a rarity for B&H . Breakfast excellent and cooked to order. Staff were incredibly patient with a complaining boomer while I was there ..

Room was lovely clean and very large with comfortable bed, dressing gown provided which was an unexpected bonus, breakfast was very tasty and the hotel agreed to provide this early to allow me to get to work on time. Ideal parking right outside and neighbourhood has very local shops and restaurants

The breakfast was ok although "award winning" might be a stretch. Limited choice of cereals and juices. No pastries or croissants available on the buffet section and a tiny bowl of fruit. The room itself was lovely, a good size, however, walking up 3 flights of stairs became tiring after a long day out traipsing the town. Also, the shower was abysmal, might as well not bother having the shower attachment there. It was absolutely not the shower of a location that rates itself as 5 star.
