Hotel Overview

Built in the 1820s, the historic Grade II Listed Beach Hotel has a great location in the centre of Brighton. It offers a popular restaurant and traditional rooms, just 100 metres from the beach.
There is a wide range of bars and restaurants within just a few minutes’ walk of the hotel. Brighton’s famous Pier, the Royal Pavillion, rail station and vibrant night life are all less than a mile away.
All rooms at the Beach have a TV, free tea and coffee facilities and many boast views of the sea front or West Pier. Each private bathroom also includes a hairdryer.
Locally caught fish and seafood are served at The Regency, Brighton’s oldest restaurant. Guests can dine on the outdoor terrace, with views of the West Pier.
The i360 is directly opposite to the hotel. The Brighton Centre is just a 3 minute walk.

Beautiful, character building , with large rooms. Wonderful position very close to the sea, sea views from rooms, very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. Very good value for money. I loved this hotel and would def return

Fantastic stay. Friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Love the location and great view from room and breakfast room. Already looking at booking a return visit.

We liked everything about the place , the employees, the breakfast, the rooms , the destination in the heart of everything , 10 seconds walk to the beach and i360, with a belly full of delicious breakfast to keep you energized and entertained till lunch time. Now that's perfect. Lol
