Close to Kemptown and the town centre, a sensitively converted large terrace house, now a comfortable guest house. Attentive, friendly and helpful owners.

I wanted to stay in a place close to the centre of Brighton, beach area , shops , bars and restauarants . This place did not disappoint . It was also quiet in-doors and out-doors . Check-in and out was smooth going . Julie checked me in , and offered great knowledge and tips on Brighton.

I liked the excellent breakfast, they had great sausages. They always asked if you wanted seconds. The hosts also went out of their way to make sure that I could collect my luggage after my conference had finished.

We were made very welcome by Julie and Melina , the room was spotless and very comfortable, shower was lovely . Room had everything you need aswell as a couple of sweet treats. Location is walking distance to everything and we could see the sea from our window! Breakfast was delicious and didn't need lunch as there was plenty of it . I would recommend staying there to anyone

We had such a good time at Julie‘s & Melina‘s place! We couldn’t ask for better hosts. They gave us a lot of recommendations about sights and activities in Brighton and in the surrounding areas. We got fresh made breakfast every day (like a full English breakfast). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Guest house was really close to the beach/pier. They made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay there! Best regards Eike & Carina from Germany 🇩🇪

Location on bus route. Owners told us which bus to use. They were very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed. Good amount of space in the room Quiet

The owners were very welcoming and friendly, Great location, property beautifully maintained, our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We really felt comfortable and very happy there and will come back again.

The owners were flexible, friendly and amenable. The room clean and tidy. The breakfast wonderful and they are happy to mix and match to your needs. Wifi worked perfectly. If I go to Brighton again I'll be booking this guest house.

Exceptional hosts, wonderfully kind and welcoming. Beautiful, comfortable room and very clean. Perfect area/location for shops, cafes/restaurants and the beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
