This property cannot accommodate large groups of 6 people or more at weekends, such as stag nights, hen parties and birthday groups.For bookings of more than 6 rooms, a different cancellation policy will apply. Despite the building being past its best it offers a very good place to take a break. This was our winter / Christmas break. Breakfast is a typical hotel buffet. Evening meals were good value. Christmas dinner was good value too. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, albeit some inexperienced. The pool, gym, and sauna were excellent, kept clean and well maintained, Staff were very attentive.

Checked in by Harley, great directions and customer service! Fantastic recommendations and upgraded us to a beautiful family suite with great views. A special thanks to all the staff that helped towards a great visit to name a few Andrea, Liverpool, Nipune, Kate, Zainab and all breakfast staff

The hotel was in a great location over looking the pier and sea .The beds were so comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. The food was so good enjoyed the breakfast, the best breakfast I had, and as well as a lovely meal in the restaurant . Also loved the spa sauna and steam room such a treat. I will be back. Many thanks to all the staff at the Queen Hotel &spa for a wonderful stay. We will definitely back found our Brighton hotel.

Breakfast was good also location very good. Room service not good at all.I stayed to night no body came to clean my room.I left bin out side door then request someone to change it.

Staff fantastic and helpful as i was in a mobility scooter. Decorations for Christmas where absolutely magical. I came alone for a mummy minute, i used the facilities and they where lovely. From my room i could see the old and new pier. At night you can see the lights of Shoreham. When windy the windows let a howling noise in. But didnt really bother me.

The staff at the desk were fun and friendly , giving lots of very useful tips . The room was big and the bed was so comfortable. The pool and the steam room were brilliant , such a treat !!!

Had an apartment booked but when arrived receptionist advised there were stairs to apartment as on crutches he suggested he change our booking so he gave us a Seaview room. Very much appreciated.
