The room as well as the whole house is tiny, but sufficient for a few nights. It offers really good value for the money. The room and shared bathroom was perfecly clean, and the bed was comfy. The biggest advangate is the location - it's just a few steps from the beach, city centre and Brighton Palace Pier.

Stayed just one night. They were nice to let me check out late after the half marathon. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around.

Perfect location, 2 minutes from the seafront. Lovely staff. Very comfortable bed, slept well. Kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits. Shared bathroom. Sink in the bedroom. Good value. Worked really well when visiting friends.

Small, but clean, tidy and comfy room. Bathroom facilities were particularly good, good water pressure, large shower, ect. Friendly host who was very easy to contact. Excellent location.

The room was small (I expected this) but very clean with a very comfortable bed. There were plenty of electric sockets and the shower worked well. We stayed two nights and I hadn’t expected the room to be cleaned and the bed made after our first night but it was. There were bottles of water in the room on arrival and tea and coffee and biscuits.
