The bar/restaurant serves food from Tuesdays to Sundays, from lunchtime onwards.Takeaways and food deliveries from outside the RUBY establishment are not allowed in the accommodation.On match days guests need to buy a permit from the property which costs GBP 8 per day.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location was very close to my daughters halls which was great. The staff and the customers at the pub were very friendly and funny and chatty, and the food was lovely. I liked that there was an upstairs outside space for smokers, free WIFI, water and teas and coffees and shampoo etc shops nearby and takeaway next to pub. Good value for money but basic and needs an update. good entertainment, DJ and music. shoer was nice. key card so could come and go.

Perfect for an away fan going to a matcb at the Amex. Landlady relaxed the rule around kids out by 8am for a guest of the hotel. Short walk to the stadium and the train station for a short ride to the middle of brighton

Very nice room, cosy and clean. Good facilities - hairdryer, TV, etc. Staff were lovely. Strong wifi.

Wonderful staff, great pub atmosphere. There was no food on site, so for the evening meal, we popped next door to the local takeaway and for breakfast, there's a cafe called Hayley's Cafe (BN2 4PD) excellent service.

Nice size room for two. Great location for access to Sussex University. The staff were polite. The pub itself was a little on the rougher side...but safe and pleasant.
