Comfortable and Convenient This place exceeded my expectations! The room was not only comfortable but also functional. Having a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker was a huge plus. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed. The convenience of being close to the town and beach was fantastic, allowing for easy outings. Plus, the shower was delightfully warm, which was perfect after a long day.

Great place to stay. In city centre, close to the pier, close to the buses. Room is small but there is everything what you need. Perfect check-in, just code via sms.

Great value for money! I got a deal that worked out at £80 a night. I’ve stayed in places that cost double that and not as nice. The location is great, the little kitchenette was very useful. The bathroom isn’t huge, but I’ve never really understood the obsession with big bathrooms, you can see the size on the photos anyway. The bed was really comfortable!

loved this so much! will definitely be back when i’m visiting brighton again, lovely decorations and well thought out layout, the bathroom was nice as well! brilliant location and just a short walk away from both the beach and the lanes!!

Really nice location that’s close to Brighton Pier. The room itself (room 9) is big and has a nice vibe and everything you’d need for a comfy stay

Very central to the town, easy to get to. Very comfortable room, small and compact but has everything you need. The eye masks were a great touch! Great toiletry items on offer & the towels were lovely!
