We liked the location of the Marina as it was something different to other accommodations to stay at, and the area had a community feel. I also have a soft spot for boats, so staying at a Marina was of interest to me The property itself was clean and we liked that there were cleaning products available as we didn't have to go out and buy these ourselves, because we were only staying for two nights. It was more relaxed in general in the Marina area compared to the Brighton city centre. The Marina had great facilities - with a cinema, multiple restaurants, the possibility to find places nearby to exercise and regular public transport to and from Brighton city centre.

We have stayed here before in Sept 22 and were happy to return. It is very well equipped. The crockery and cutlery are spotlessly clean, as was the bedding and towels too, convenient location. Comfier chairs on the deck would be perfect but the ones provided are adequate. The pans did wobble a bit on the hob but everything worked. Shower isn't powerful (I wouldn't really expect it to be, but the system worked well, water always nice and hot. Parking is so helpful and helped make the decision to visit for us, the trains (especially with current strikes) are so unreliable and expensive, driving saved us money. The bus stop is very close. The bars and restaurants are on the doorstep.

Loved waking up with the boats and water outside the window and the fact you are floating up and down on the tide with everything else around you was fascinating, this isn't a location for partying but a perfect location for relaxing and getting a bus or walking to other livelier parts of Brighton, plenty of places to eat & drink around the marina which has a chilled atmosphere.
