The fine print
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Complimentary car parking is available for hotel guests in the Marina car park. There is a height restriction of 1.95metres.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note the maximum 4 hour stay does not apply to hotel guests and we advise not to use level 9 on Saturday nights due a weekly car boot taking place on the level on Sundays.
Please note extra beds and cost must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
Starting 6th January 2025 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

“A very smart and comfortable, modern hotel with great views!”

The hotel was really easy to access with handy free parking nearby and a fantastic harbourside development with lots of nice restaurants. The hotel had a lovely modern look and our room was very spacious and attractive, with great sea views. It was a very cold weekend so having a nice, warm room was very welcome. It was handy to have an iron and ironing board as not many hotels have them these days. Robes were also a nice touch, if a little on the small side! Tea/Coffee tray was fine but semi skimmed milk would have been better than whole. The biscuits and Ferrero Rocher were appreciated. We didn't use the Nespresso machine. The shower was lovely, as were the toiletries provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were very happy to be offered a free drink in lieu of housekeeping.
