Location, good room at front (no.3), nice big kettle and tea/coffee, good shower in room, warm room with window for fresh air, comfortable bed and room, nice view of Pavilion, clear and easy check-in instructions, safe and secure property, good communication with staff.

i really liked the bed, it was very big and comfy it was very spacious and the room was very well furnished with extra towels and mugs with the ability to have cups of tea

Great spacious room Clean The key save was a bit challenging as i’m partially blind Safe Walking distance to bar restaurant and mostly night life A few minutes to the centre of Brighton and Beach and Pier
