Handy for the Seafront, walkable from The Lanes this was a great little English B&B (although I didn't have the Breakfast...)

Really comfy bed, good location in Kemp Town (easy walk to the city centre), good price compared to other similar places in this area. No staff on site that I could see during our stay but the host swiftly responded to any requests I made by text, very efficient communication via text throughout our stay.
