“Great, good location, brand new hotel, feels fresh and clean, reasonably priced.”

The property is brand new, just been renovated, so everything was fresh and clean. The beds were comfy, the blackout curtains made it dark. Ear plugs provided as there can be a bit of noise when housekeeping get to work.

The location of the hotel is excellent for reaching the biggest attractions of Brighton.We liked the soft, fluffy towels and very comfortable bed.

Ignore previous comments the hotel is under new management who are very nice and friendly. The room was spacious newly refurbished and had a smart TV with YouTube etc. location was amazing walking distance from beach and city centre right next to shop pub and restaurants close to town without being in the thick of it. Overall very nice highly recommended!
