Great location, used the car park which is small but we parked fine. Rooms were comfortable, but felt a little shut in as the windows didn't open. The only other thing that let it down was the breakfast room. The mornings in there seemed very chaotic, items not being replenished quickly enough and tables not being cleared regularly.

Great location and lovely staff. Aircon was broken and they were unable to fix it so we were given a fan. It helped but not ideal. We went to breakfast at 9am. They were struggling with amount of guests and we had to request multiple things to be refreshed/topped up. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The one working lift felt so noisy/clunky it didn’t feel safe so used the stairs. Quite noisy at night, partially outside but partially the lift. Foyer/reception not usual IHG standard. Rooms very basic Good breakfast/location.

Good Location. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Friendly and laid back atmosphere. Room a bit smelly. Lift felt unsafe. Need more staff cleaning rooms and at breakfast as they were overworked.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was great with a variety of options. Highly recommended

Nothing extraordinary other than the location. Make sure you take all your toiletries with you as we’ve had to ask for some things that we’d assumed were basic and should already be in the room. Seemed like they were trying to save money by keeping dental kits and mini soaps in the back office and only gave them if you asked for them. No mini fridge in the rooms either. It didn’t feel like staying in a hotel. Great location though. Right by the beach but unless you pay extra, you get the sideview.
