Location bit hard to find as on corner andcwe walked past it arriving in evening. Room bit cramped but great value and complimentary snacks. What really makes it though is the soa. Good range ofvfacilities, clean and helpful staff. Few design issues with steps but overall great. Best value at price Went in Kan after New Year

Fantastic hotel with luxurious health spa facilities. The receptionist also upgraded our room for free with beautiful sea side views. The hotel was exceptional value for money and had great facilities with beautiful views of the beach.

Second time staying here. For a couple of nights out in brighton. Spa. Is an experience and not to be missed. Great food. Bar. Ect. Free gin in rooms super comfy beds

Spacious room. We picked a sea view which was lovely. Lovely big comfortable bed and a clean and large bathroom. The complimentary gin was appreciated! Breakfast was ample and very filling. Spa facilities were excellent and will definitely stay again.

The spa was beautiful like an underground cave. Come for my boyfriends birthday, and it was his first spa experience, and he really enjoyed himself. Was super relaxing. Your staff even sent up a chocolate cake to wish my partner a happy birthday. Didn't know they were going to do this so this was lovely.

Lovely spa facilities but had to pay £10 pp extra to use as didn’t book direct. Nice bar area and most of the staff with super friendly and efficient apart from our first check in encounter with a more abrupt member of staff.
