Excellent location about 3 or 4 minutes walk to the sea front. A light and comfortable flat with lots of windows. Pet friendly which is always welcome. WiFi provided. Keypad entry to both main door and the flat itself rather than keys which is actually quite convenient. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, all the main channel apps, BBC Sounds etc - the reception via the tv aerial is rubbish so you’ll need to watch/listen via the internet. Small kitchen with kettle, cooker, microwave, toaster etc. Nice bedding and towels provided. Also basic toiletries if you forget to bring your own. Good communication from hosts - you’ll get the entry code details very near check in so don’t be too worried about this. There’s two flights of stairs up to the flat and two steps once inside so it’s obviously not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I thought the price for 5 nights in Brighton (even in Winter) was actually pretty reasonable.
