Guest houses Overview

Just off Brighton seafront, Horizon is a listed period property located on New Steine.
All rooms have WiFi access and feature a flat-screen TV and seating area. The large double rooms will face Brighton seafront, but please note that due to building works the seaview may not be entirely visible.
Just metres from Brighton beach, Horizon is a 5-minute walk from the Sea Life Centre. The famous boutiques and shops of the Laines are just a 5-minute walk away.
Dear guests remember we make a pre authorize damage deposit of £50.00 on top of the room rate before you can check in. The parking available near the property is pay and display on the streets near the property and some NPC parking nearby, we cannot guarantee availability or book in advance for guests. Guests have to arrange and pay for their own parking.

Has 2 single beds, a flat-screen TV with digital channels, and a shower room and toilet, but the sink is in the bedroom. Located at the back of the house on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

This room has a flat-screen digital TV. It is individually decorated and situated at the back of the house.

Very nice hotel near the beach. Staff was friendly.The room was very clean, bright, with huge windows - so I enjoyed my sea view. Comfortable bed and strong shower. Perfect location near center, restaurants and all attractions. Room was super warm with heating. I will definitely come back!

We arrived late at the hotel (wich is next to the sea) but they left us the key with a code, and we had no trouble getting into the room. The room was very clean, they provided tea and coffee, the shower was excellent, and the room was very quiet.

Nice clean rooms and bathrooms with a kettle, coffee and tea provided. Christian is a very friendly manager of the building and is very accomodating. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Good location, simple check in with great communication and easy to follow instructions for self check in. Large room, booked for 3 guest but our room slept 6! [double bed and 2 x bunk beds)..so really good value. Room was basic but clean and well maintained
