The location of Britannia hotel was in the heart of Brighton, very close to everything! We were given a handicap room which was very spacious.

The hotel is clean but did smell quite strongly of cleaning products which I found a bit overwhelming. Only one bedside table which is a bit odd but I was here alone so it was ok. Bed not the comfiest. The plug and lights next to my bed were temperamental and the heater is a bit confusing to use. However the location is ideal, staff were really nice and room comes with a fridge, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities so it definitely wasn't all bad. Probably wouldn't stay here again as other hotels in the area are the same price but if it was a bit cheaper I would.
