Seafront location and view made the trip easy. Leo was such a great host. Everything was very clean. But beware the only aircon is a fan and the windows open half so it was quite stuffy for a hot weekend. Noise from the front is also loud.

My wife & I booked Atlantic Seafront many months ago when we knew she would be competing in the Brighton Marathon. We stayed from Friday till Monday. All in all, the hotel is good & has most essentials. The hotel manager was great - helpful, welcoming & communicative. To note, there are no elevators/lifts in this hotel so you will need to lug your bags up to your room. Location is absolutely perfect - you really couldn’t ask for it to be better. It’s so central & there’s plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants & bars all around. The pier is a mere few minutes (if that…) walk. As soon as you walk out the hotel you overlook the beach! WiFi worked great - you can find the WiFi password on the back of your hotel door. TV worked well for us too. The room itself was quite small & tight to get around. There was a basic bathroom with a shower - no window but the ventilator worked well. The facilities were all clean. The bedroom had two windows which opened out fully which we appreciated. We were facing out the back of the hotel which was actually a prettier view than in other hotels I’ve stayed at. I would also note, you can hear people through the walls - we could hear coughing & phone alarms. Bed… we both found extremely uncomfortable. It was hard & the single pillow you have is also pretty hard & uncomfortable. I can’t say either of us slept well due to this. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as we had plans each day so can’t comment. But the little restaurant/breakfast room looked pleasant - with windows looking out onto the beach.

What an amazing and clean, new hotel. If anyone has stayed in Thialand, with crispy white thick cotton sheets, big fat new pillows and new matresses. Beautiful bathroom with power shower, fancy soaps, lovely sink and full lights on the mirrors, excellent for getting ready for a night on the town. Immaculate throughout. Full length mirrors, working desk, bedside tables, all clean and new. Hangers, and storage, and lights and more plug sockets next to the bed and all around the room. Massive smart TV on the wall, Netflix, Prime , Sport, the works. The Internet is super fast, no buffering. I've stayed in the fancy, expensive hotels in Brighton, yes the rooms are bigger, but the fixtures, carpets etc are dated. The Atlantic Seafront Hotel is immaculate. Right on the seafront. The breakfast is cooked to perfection, really yummy. The tables look out directly to the sea and promenade. Leo the manager is such a charming, funny and efficient manager. Really helpful, kind and thoughtful. I booked for 3 nights a single bed, he upgraded me to a double bedroom. I booked 3 more nights and again he allowed me to stay in a double room. The price is super cheap for Brighton, and the experience delightful. I will for sure stay here again. I highly recommended this Hotel. Book early as it is always full. 20******** Excellent. I know I'm gushing but it really is fantastic. Thank-you Leo, and Thank-you to the cleaning staff, who work hard, don't bother you with the do not disturb sign, and do a fantastic job of cleaning.Lovely.

Right on the seafront, virtually overlooking the pier. Close to all the attractions. Good value breakfast and friendly receptionist
