Great location and the host replied really fast and frequently. The studio was well equipped offering a range of different facilities from hair dryer to iron board and hover.

This is my second time staying there. The location is great (in the North Laines but on a side street, and away from the street, so quieter but within easy reach of the sea, the station, the Laines shopping area and my daughter's student house. The flat is well maintained and clean and functional. The hosts are great. Whenever I needed something they were there, there was a response within 10 minutes. As they learned that my daughter had graduated, they even brought us a bottle of prosecco and a box of chocolates to congratulate her! We were completely touched by this and it warmed our hearts!

good location. no hot shower since big family check in they use all hot water shower. noised when kid running if your room on the ground.
