We stayed in Room 2 on the ground floor. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who explained about the keypads to gain entry to the room. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfy. It was rather warm but we turned the radiator off, and could open the window for ventilation. The rooms upstairs were a bit noisy but I guess some people don’t know the sound of their own voices!! 2 plates/bowls/sets of cutlery/glasses/teacups were provided, but although there was cooking facilities in the shape of 2 rings, there were no pans to use and no sharp knives to prep a meal. There was a microwave which we didn’t use, and a kettle, and a fridge. It was a 15 minute walk to the town, 20 minutes to the train station, and a 5 minute stroll to the sea. Lots of eating places within easy reach although check weekend opening hours, and small supermarkets.

Excellent property in general, my only issue is you can hear most of the other guest in above/below or adjoining rooms.

Location was brilliant, staff was very nice and welcoming, shower was 11/10, bed was comfortable except for 1 of the 2 main pillows
