When booking this property make sure that you understand unless you are on the very top floor there is no sea view. but the morning light over Bartholomew Square is lovely with the gulls and the bullding shadows. TV and internet had some ups and down but over all the property is sound and requires care for each and every new booking that comes in.

Pick up of the keys would be easy , but make sure you have the correct code # for the agent to accept and give you the keys. Name and booking.com # was not enough. You have to get the special barcode etc..
