There is one single guest room on the ground floor. All other guest rooms are accessible via the stair case with hand rails on one side.Please note, this property is adults-only. It cannot accommodate children.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amgad was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed assistance with checking in and arranging parking permits. The room was beautiful, spotless and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for luggage/clothing. Good proximity to nearby cafes/bars & restaurants - great value!

We loved the super-comfy bed and high quality bedding. The property and the room was so thoughtfully set up that we felt really cared for. We had the pleasure of meeting Amgad who was charming. We’d definitely stay again!

Such a lovely little room. Really nicely decorated, super comfy bed and pillows. Great use of the space. I had a single room with a private ensuite and it was really good value for money. I didn't realise they also have a space for working during the day so I will definitely be back!

A super breakfast, lovely, welcoming and helpful staff, convenient location, everything was spotlessly clean and felt very relaxing. I have no hesitation recommending No 27.

Breakfast was great, always with fresh fruit and yogurt, plus cooked breakfast on demand. The bedroom is small, but very comfortable and clean. The small en-suite bathroom is also very neat and clean. In the bedroom there is a small fridge with fresh milk and chilled water. This house has clearly been modernised to a high-standard. A variety of teas and coffee capsules were available for use in the room. The host was always contactable for anything, and it was easy to organize details just before and during my stay. He made me feel very welcome in his lovely house.

Location is excellent for access to Brighton. We love the Kemptown area so it's spot on. Room was compact but clean and had everything we needed. Cold water in the fridge which was a nice touch. Also we were able to park right opposite the hotel for a pretty decent rate!
