Our apartment was very clean and spacious, the view of the lake was incredible and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in the middle of town, with supermarkets 6 minutes walk away and the train station 7 minutes away. I recommend this hotel as we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful view of the lake Brienz with plenty of windows that you can open up was definitely the highlight. Staff were lovely and attentive. Nice breakfast but at your own cost. Nice quieter location where you can drive/catch the train to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen etc.

The room had a lovely view of lake Brienz and had all we needed. It was roomy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower spacious. Staff were very friendly and the service excellent. They even accommodated our request to leave our suitcases with them for a few hours after check out so we could finish our sightseeing without taking them on the train with us. Great place to stay!

Wonderful location and view (if you get a lakeside room). This place is small, only a handful of rooms. We went on a Monday and Tuesday, so were the only guests, meaning we could get a lakeside room.

Beautiful and comfortable room, much larger than usual in Switzerland, with a large balcony facing the lake. And spotlessly clean of course. Very nice breakfast in the in-house restaurant. And the staff was ever so nice and helpful.
