A ground-floor room with a picture window looking towards Tennyson Avenue. A full separate shower is accessed by your own private hall which has coat hanging facilities. Other features include a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee facilities with a nice seating area for reading and drinking. Please note that there is a small step up the shower room.

A ground-floor room with a large bay window facing onto Tennyson Avenue and a picture window facing onto Wellington Road. The bed is a king-size and the en suite houses a corner shower. Features include tea/coffee making facilities and a seating area with flat-screen TV.

Ideal central location; surprisingly quiet. Clean, very comfortable. No breakfast provided but that's what we liked as we don't usually have, but there was microwave and fridge in room to use if needed.. Lovely stay, friendly owners, would definitely stay again.

the location was great when we got our bearings 12 mins from the town centre walking . room was great and bathroom too with nice large shower and well decorated large bed and nice decor .quiet as well to say on a main road . parking was good too left the car parked all our stay . would stay again nice owner too very helpful explained every thing for us on arrival

Loved the large room with its old fashioned grandeur and the lovely big bathroom (with the 20 second shower button 😉🤣). Nice touches with complimentary toiletries and lots of teabags, biscuits etc.

Fantastic location. Very spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed really comfy and big! Victorian features retained. Shop straight across road. Beautiful would definitely recommend.
