Had a great sea view, lots of storage space in the room and decorated nicely. Next to no noise from the pub next door or spa across the road. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating, free tea, coffee and milk to get when you wanted and keys to come and go when you like. Very informative of the area when we arrived and what activities there were to do. Location is probably the best thing about this place, couple of minute walk to the beach and into town.

There was no breakfast. Told on the day of travel there wouldn't be breakfast. We had paid for breakfast and although we were offered a free parking pass instead it didn't take away the inconvenience of having to find somewhere else or equal the cost of buying breakfast somewhere else.

Location was fab, right on the beachfront opposite the Spa where we were going for a show on the night. Great little pub next door too. parking was close by, £5 for 24 hours. Owner and partner was super friendly. Breakfast super and was helpful catering for gluten free.

The location is lovely and convenient. Due to unforseen we did not have breakfast but this was explained by the owner on arrival.

I liked the fact the guest was situated pretty much central to everything you need. Train station not to far away and a cracking little place to eat round the corner. The beach was literally over the road.
