Room was clean and comfortable. Food and drink in the pub was of good quality at both breakfast and dinner. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall a very pleasant and reasonably priced stay. Location is very good being only a 10-15 minute stroll to South Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the lobster pot. But in hindsight there were a couple of things I would do before. I should have asked for an extra key card (only one offered) as I had to leave my wife in the room on a couple of occasions, but having to take the key card left her in the dark. Also as she has difficulty in walking I would ask for a room downstairs as she struggled with the stairs. Overall the room itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels. We did eat in the pub itself for breakfast (very good) and Sunday dinner. I was warned the day before that the menu would be limited as they had run out of food the week before. And it was true, the menu did have a lot of items missing on Sunday afternoon. What we did order was very pleasant indeed. The staff in the pub were very nice and professional. All in all, a very nice place to eat and sleep and if we return to Bridlington again, a place to keep in mind.
