great place. great location.staff were very polite and accommodating.room was all good.parking on nearby streets free with permit.great full hot breakfast.short walk in to town

The hosts are really lovely, we felt very welcomed. Location is excellent for city centre and Spa where we went to a concert. Breakfast was super and they were able to cater for my vegetarian needs. we would stay here again.

Location was great for the spa. Bed was comfortable, room was clean apart from a few cobwebs on the ceiling. Breakfast was good.
