Like home from home Amy and Ian lovely couple breakfast excellent love my stay very clean booked for two more stays next year can't wait love the collar bar with àll the difference drinks and snacks nice and cosy in a lovely nice quiet location thanxs Amy and Ian for a lovely stay see you in February and August next year simply the best accommodation I spent in Burlington yet love you guys stayed in room 2Lindsey Patterson

Firstly the location was fabulous. Free street parking too. The room was super with en-suite facilities. Flat screen TV, high speed WiFi and in room coffee and tea making. We made use of the bar area which was located downstairs. The breakfast was lavish and you could choose an amazing array of foods and drink which couldn't be beaten.

This is a great b&b honesty bar great facilities everything you need, breakfast choice and food is amazing hot and cold choices great location for town area looks a bit run down but the B&B is spotless Amy is a great host slept like a log my only grumble is the room was a tad small , me and hubby are not huge but it could be an issue for anyone on the big side but will definitely be going back but may request another room if available this is a gem of a place 10 /10 would definitely recommend 😀
