No breakfast included but there was a communal fridge & microwave facility. Shared toilet & shower were clean & didn’t have to wait to use them.

No breakfast! Good location especially for viewing the Carnival. Hosts were amazing, provided chairs for us,.dog gates to stop others coming in. And even fed us!

Excellent location for the carnival. Dave the manager is lovely..really made us feel welcome (even made us hotdogs to watch the floats).. really clean and comfortable

very clean, and even though fairly basic accommodation, it was perfect for what I needed. very close to the town centre for breakfast and other meals if needed.

Lovely place run by a lovely guy. Bath room could do with a spruce up and details about parking more clear but overall the place was fab for what we needed it for.
