The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The cleaner went above and beyond each day and the room was spotlessly clean. She clearly took great pride in her job.

Hotel position is fantastic. Breakfast is very good, Host and waiters very gently. Landscape view is nice, unfortunately from restaurant window cannot the the Cervino.

Very good location and easily accessible ski room. Very close to the ski lifts. The staff replaces items that finish at breakfast really quickly. Possibility of cooking your own eggs for breakfast, which ensures they're warm and done however you want them, which is really good. Cleaning is done everyday at noon, when everyone is out of the hotel for skiing, so guests aren't bothered by cleaning staff.
