The location is perfect, 15 min from the station and 20 from the city centre (castle). The room was big, well cleaned and the staff was very gentle.

Impressive old building. Spacious room with separate lounge/kitchenette. Smart bathroom. Hot water and wi-fi fine. Good value accommodation. Breakfast was basic but only 5 euros. Maybe 10 mins walk to station, 10+ mins to city centre.

The best part was the staff's attention, always super available and ready to help, offering extras whenever possible. The building is nicely decorated and the room has all the basics needed. Location is good, outside the center but close enough to walk everywhere. Parking available which is a huge plus.

Good, quiet location, only about 10 minutes from the railway station. Classic Italian apartment building, so the room was actually really big for the price paid. Almost a mini-suite. Comfortable bed and plenty of room to move around. Effective, warm shower. Helpful staff got in touch to ask about check-in time and were there expecting me.

The hotel is very beautiful and situated within walking distance to the centre. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good but not the best we've ever had in Italy

The man at the reception was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating, he helped me with my luggage and also took me to the train station.
