The staff were so friendly and helpful, even helping us to find transport to our next destination when there was a nationwide train and bus strike. Quaint , boutique hotel with original historic charm and features. All rooms were modern and well appointed. Hotel is over a bar/ bistro, which provides a great place to enjoy a spritz Hotel is around the corner from several main piaxzas which are vibrant and great places to eat and shop.

Perfect location in the historic centre - all the main sights are a short stroll away. Rooms and decor are finished to a high standard with a really comfy bed. The included breakfast was excellent and all staff friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend Brescia highly enough as a place to visit for a couple of days and here asa place to stay.

A great location, well designed, modern with some traditional touches, great attention to details. Extremely clean, spacious, excellent bathroom, great breakfast and the host could not do more for us. They arranged a restaurant reservation which was wonderful food and very local.

What an exceptional property in a beautiful city! It has been renovated to a high standard. Fantastic rooftop lounge with spectacular views.Stunning room, excellent location and we were made to feel so welcome by our host.The breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Thank you so much. This was my favourite hotel of our holiday in France and Italy - a beautiful small hotel centrally located in Brescia's old town and close to all the major sites as well as to multiple lovely restaurants and bars. A spotlessly clean and well designed room in a beautifully renovated old building. Excellent breakfast in a pleasant room, with friendly service and great communication from the lovely women who run the hotel.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel had been refurbished to a high standard. The tastefully decorated rooms were clean, and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast selection was was really good and the food well cooked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Locanda Delle Mercanzie

The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location for exploring the old town. The rooms were a good size and very quiet. The staff went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our stay. The breakfast choice was superb. The view of the sunset on the top floor was spectacular.
