Excellent location on a quiet back street in the heart of Brescia; very easy walking distance to all the main sights of the old town. Small bedroom but comfortable bed and modern ensuite bathroom facilities which is more than you need for a one or two night sight seeing stay. Friendly reception. Generic breakfast.

The staff did their best to provide breakfast items I could eat (vegan and gluten free) and I appreciated that. My room was large and easy to get to, with a lift. The check in and out were very flexible. The tv was good and it was good to have airconditioning and a hair dryer in the room. The location is easy walking distance from a metro station.

Lovely spacious and clean room. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is also really nice. The location is very central so perfect for visiting Brescia

Lovely little incredibly clean pensione, with nice breakfast, lovely, spacious room and bathroom. A few minutes' walk to the old city and one stop (or 15 minute walk) from the stazione.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the clean and well-maintained space. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The amenities provided, including the comfortable bed and very good breakfast made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Well appointed apartment with good communication of how to get there. Five minutes walk from Vittoria Metro. Great supermarket 100 m from the metro but you have to look carefully for it. Brescia is a pretty special place.
