We booked the double room with private bathroom. We got room no. 10, which has a comfy sofa and larger dinner table downstairs and the bed- and bathroom upstairs. Everything was very nice, very clean and thanks to the courtyard all very quiet. In an open cupboard you find some basic kitchen stuff like plates, glasses and so on. The only minor problem might be a missing kitchen sink to clean it. The start of the "la via delle sorelle" (long distance walk between Brescia and Bergamo) starts in the street of the apartment, so for us walkers very convenient.

breakfest is in the cafe in the city centre, but one day they dont have any sandwich or a other sat offer, only sweets, not realy good, but the athmopsfere and coffee were nice

The property was clean and tidy. It is actually better than the pictures. We stayed in room 11 which was like a mini house with an upstairs and downstairs. The heating was left on for us on arrival which was pleasant. The shower was powerful and the property was easy to access and find. Breakfast was close and staff there were very friendly and made a delicious coffee!
