The view of the harbour, the complimentary welcome drink and the smooth jazz playing when we entered our room was a lovely welcome.

We stayed two nights but were told, the housekeeper do not make up the room every day. The room rate was over priced. The restaurant for breakfast, service was good but menu wasn't outstanding to match the 4 star+ hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant but the french fries were burn, and the burger patti was burn as well. The server was rude and insist that the franch fries need to fully returned before they can make another batch, how insulting that statement was! My husband returned the whole plate. This resort is over charged on the room rates and unless you stay more than 3 nights, the room will not be cleaned up.
