Upon arrival I was faced with the challenge how to get access to the keys as the Keyboy, turns out, had been programmed wrongly and couldn't open it. I rang the bell and a very helpful Lady appeared who was able to fix everything and give me a new set of keys from the reception. I met this lady a few times during my stay and she was delightful, helpful and professional.

I go to Bremen once a week and I found this place to be very convenient. It's 5 minutes away from the train station and can check on your own time. Also, the room is always nice and tidy.

The location was 5 minutes away from the train, tram and bus stations. The room was clean and well presented and the bathroom was spotless.

The staff are not there the whole time but when they are the are very kind and helpful. The room was very well equiped and the location was practical, near the train station with lots of public transportation nearby.

Lovely room with tea/coffee making, T.V , good size bathroom. Location about 5 minutes walk from Central Station. Staff where helpful and automatic check in smooth. Comfortable bed
