Very nice staff, Thank you the receptionist Galina to quick check in and helpfiull advices. Very nice room, clean. Breakfast is delicious. Good location, close to train station and tram stop

Good hotel, close location to the center and good transport link from airport. Take the tram 6, ride is 11 minutes. Station Hauptbahnhof, main train station, red brick building as a reference where to get off. Cost Eur3.2 adult and Eur1.6 for the child. Wellness center is included in your stay. Extended Breakfast hours until 11.30 on the weekends, which is great. Great breakfast variety, sausages, omlet, bakery, musli and cereal, fruit and veg, salads and salty fish.

The location was just perfect for someone coming from the central railway station, the room was very clean and the staff was very kind and willing to help. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

The room was nice - breakfast was good. Website and in room device still said it has a jacuzzi- it’s been out of commission for a year!! And sauna was not acceptable for a holiday destination - no costumes allowed. Staff at reception were rude and unhelpful accept for on our last day when the young lady was very helpful.
