The location is okay, but for literally a few pennies more, you can have a better view. Just to the sea, not to the old roof. Unfortunately, the pillows we received were probably decorative pillows from the sofa. Loaded and hard. I had to write to have them replaced. Of course, they were changed the next day, but one of the three nights was unfortunately sleepless. You can't sleep on a pillow that is 35 cm thick and hard as a rock. I found the room cleanliness to be average. It would be best to simply vacuum, not just sweep lightly. The kitchen is poorly equipped. I consider the lack of an electric kettle a big minus. Additionally, the shower grate is slightly clogged, so when taking a shower you have to turn off the water for a while so that the water doesn't flood the entire bathroom. The room was very spacious.

It was fantiastic place with wonderfull view on the sea. Brela anc Baška have a lot of places for many activities for family. The water was super great a clear!!! We have to come again.

PROS: good location near Baska Voda Studenac Market - small shop with good prices within walking distance Price for accommodation good Very nice beach with super clean sea water CONCLUSION: Vacation in Brela is good choice, but not the cheapest. Very good beach and very clean sea water compensates all CONTRAS. ( from my point of view )
